The ME internet banking service uses 128 BIT SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your information. You can only access internet banking if your web browser can support a 128 BIT SSL session.

Once you’ve been registered for internet banking, you can reset your access code online at any time.
On the internet banking login page, click on ‘Forgotten your Access Code?’ and follow the prompts to get your access code reset.
Note that you’ll need your mobile phone handy – we’ll be sending you an SMS to confirm your code reset.
Sometimes we’ll lock a customer’s account for security reasons – most often because there have been a number of unsuccessful attempts to log in to it.
