ME Bank's Internet Banking offers a wide range of features and added security designed for convenient and easy banking where you like, when you like. With some new features added to Internet Banking, managing your banking online is easier than ever.

Features of Internet Banking:

Convenient account management Increase or decrease your daily limits, update your personal details, amend pending payments.
Improved service Email notification to you and your payee confirming a transaction.
Pay bills using BPAY Easily make bill payments from your EveryDay Transaction Account, InterestME Savings Account, Ultimate Offset Account ** and ME Bank MasterCard via BPAY®.
Email Ability to send an email to ME Bank via the secure mail function to enquire about your accounts, request information and lots more.
Account balances   View account balances and transaction history for all your ME Bank accounts.
Improved security SMS authentication for new payments.

 

Money transfer tools

  • Redraw – If you have made additional payments on your variable rate home loan, you may have ‘available funds’ that you are able to withdraw or redraw. **
  • Change repayments on your existing variable rate home loan.
  • Make payments from your EveryDay Transaction Account, InterestME Savings Account and Ultimate Offset Facility to any Australian bank account.
  • Transfer funds from any account for which you have set up a direct debit request (known as your nominated account) to your ME Bank accounts.**


Card management

Available for EveryDay Transaction Account customers only.

  • Activate your EveryDay Transaction Account online and choose your PIN online at a time convenient to you.
  • Temporarily Stop or Permanently Cancel your EveryDay Transaction Account if your card is lost or stolen.

Online statements

24/7 access to view, download and save your account statements online.

The ME Bank Internet Banking service uses 128 BIT SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect the confidentiality of your information. You can only access Internet Banking if your web browser can support a 128 BIT SSL session.
