We can help you switch your regular direct debits and direct credits from your previous financial institution. Simply print the Switch of Regular Payments Arrangements form, complete and return to us.
We'll then contact your previous financial institution on your behalf for a list of direct debits and direct credits.
Note: Although BPAY, Internet 'Pay Anyone' and regular payments to and from debit and credit cards may be included in the list of regular payments we send you, ME Bank cannot switch these payments on your behalf.
ME Bank will send you a list of your direct debits and direct credits, including your salary for the last 13 months, which we will send to you to check.
We will also send you a Notice of Variation of Account Details form. This form authorises ME Bank to contact the financial institutions of the companies you have regular payments set up with. We will provide them with your new ME Bank BSB and Account Number and instructions to switch your regular direct debits and direct credits, including your salary, on your behalf. Alternatively, you can contact the companies you have regular payments set up with to switch your regular payments across to your ME Bank account.
