Sometimes you just need a bit of breathing room from your home loan: whether it’s for a holiday, an upcoming wedding or an unexpected financial bump in the road.
If you’re ahead on your repayments, and you’ve got a variable rate home loan, you could be eligible to put your repayments on hold for a while. During that time we’ll just take your regular repayment amounts out of the ‘extra’ funds in your home loan, and leave you to do your thing.
You can take a repayment holiday for up to 12 months at a time.
