We’re active on Facebook and Twitter Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm (AEST), and we’re always happy to help with general enquiries. (Except on Victorian public holidays; we like to get out and enjoy the sunshine every now and then.)
Digital security is important. Really important.
That’s why it’s important that you never put personal or sensitive information in your posts or comments – things like your bank account details, birthdate, home address, phone number, drivers licence number or tax file number.
Also, we’ll never ask for your personal or banking information over Facebook, Twitter or any other social network – so there’s never any reason to give that info out online.

Things can sometimes get a little heated online, but it’s important to always remember you’re dealing with real people, with real feelings.
Your best bet is to follow the online version of the Golden Rule: never write anything on social media that you wouldn’t say to your mother.
