In a bid to help all Australians looking to maximise low interest rates and extra savings they may have acquired during the COVID-19 pandemic, ME commissioned this research to unlock the coveted list.

A range of qualitative and quantitative criteria were applied to identify suburbs with the best investment prospects. These factors included average rental yields, recent population growth, median house prices, average rental prices together with plans for new transport infrastructure and attractive amenities such as coffee shops.
