How to find your type of home loan
Sometimes you’ll need to know the type of home loan product you have with ME to know which options apply for you. Here’s our step-by-step guide to finding your home loan type in the ME Go app, mobile app, internet banking, or on your statements.
ME Go app.
- Log in to the app.
- Tap the
icon in the bottom menu.
- Select your home loan account
- Select the
menu in top right
- Select view account detail
ME Bank app.
- Log in to the app
- Tap your home loan account
- Tap the
icon and select ‘Account details’
- Here you can see the account type, the repayment amount and frequency, the next repayment date and the interest rate.
ME Bank Internet Banking.
1. Log in to
internet banking.
2. Click ‘accounts’ in the top menu, and select ‘view accounts’
3. Find your home loan and click the
to reveal the dropdown menu options
4. Select ‘view details’ and your home loan product name will appear under ‘account name’.
Your statement
You can find your home loan product type in the top right-hand corner of your statement.
