You will need to complete a different form depending on the product you’re applying for:

• Everyday Transaction Accounts, Online Savings Accounts, Term Deposits and business accounts will need a Deposit identity verification form

• Home loan applications will need the Home loan identity verification form

Remember, don’t sign the declaration until you are at the post office with an Australia Post verifier – who will witness you sign the form and check your ID.
