Paying a bill with BPAY.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Select ‘Pay a bill’.
4. Select ‘New biller’. 
5. Enter the biller details.
6. Enter the bill amount and choose when you’d like to pay the bill.
7. Select ‘Confirm and pay’ to process the payment. 

To pay a bill via BPAY:

Make sure you’ve got your mobile phone handy before you start – you might be sent an SMS as part of the payment confirmation process.

1. Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
2. Select the link to ‘Pay & Transfer’ in the side navigation.
3. Select the ‘Pay a bill’ icon. 
4. Select a biller in the ‘To’ field or ‘Add new biller’. 
5. Enter the bill amount and choose when you’d like to pay the bill.
6. Select ‘Next’. 
7. If required, verify your identity using the One Time Pin sent to you via SMS or using your pre-set security questions.
8. Confirm the bill payment, and then select ‘Confirm and pay’ button to make the payment submission.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the  icon in the bottom menu bar.
3. Tap ‘Pay a BPAY bill’.
4. Select the account you’d like to move the money from.
5. Choose who you want to pay from the list, or hit the + in the top corner to add a new biller. You can find instructions for saving a new biller here. 
6. Enter the amount you want to pay.
7. Make sure the details are correct, then click ‘Pay’ to view your receipt.

1. Log in to internet banking.
2. Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Pay a bill’. 
3. Enter your payment details, including the biller code and the customer reference number (you’ll find these listed on your bill).
4. Choose whether you want to make the payment now or later on. You can even set up recurring payments.
5. Click ‘Continue’, then review your final payment details. If everything’s in order, hit ‘Confirm’.
6. If it’s your first time paying this biller, there’ll be an extra security step at this point. Just hit ‘Get SMS’, check your phone for your confirmation code, enter that code, and hit ‘Done’ to finalise your payment.
