How do I close a PayID?

ME Go app.

1. Open the ME Go app.
2. Tap the ‘Profile’ icon in the bottom menu.
3. Tap ‘Manage your PayID’ in the menu.
4. Select the PayID you would like to change.
5. Toggle the button to off to unlink the PayID.

ME Bank app.

1. Log into internet banking.
2. From the top menu, select ‘Pay and transfer’ and then ‘PayID settings’
3. Choose the PayID you wish to close.
4. Select ‘close’ from the drop-down option box.
5. Then select ‘update’ and you’re done.

ME Bank Internet Banking.

1. Log into internet banking.
2. From the top menu, select ‘Pay and transfer’ and then ‘PayID settings’
3. Choose the PayID you wish to close.
4. Select ‘close’ from the drop-down option box.
5. Then select ‘update’ and you’re done.

Unfortunately, you cannot set up PayID on ME Go Internet Banking. To edit or delete any saved PayID details, please log into your ME Go app.
