ME today announced the appointment of Rosanna Fornarino as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO).

The role oversees ME’s operations team of over 500 staff, with responsibility for customer service, change and process efficiency across the enterprise.

Rosanna will take up the role on 2 December 2019.

She has more than 35 years’ experience in the banking industry across a broad range of senior and executive operations roles.

During her 25 years at ANZ Rosanna worked across areas including Retail Banking, Human Resources, Domestic and International Payments and Risk.

At NAB she spent 10 years working in senior operations and change implementation roles covering Lending and Payment Operations, Logistics, Process Efficiency, Offshoring and Retail Banking Operations.

Rosanna comes to ME directly from Infosys - a multinational business consultancy and IT company – where she worked for the past year as a consulting Executive Advisor for the financial services sector.

Rosanna has an MBA from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Strategy and Innovation.

ME CEO, Jamie McPhee, welcomed Rosanna to the role.
