ME today announced rate cuts of as much as 26 basis points across its fixed home loan range.
All changes are effective 15 May 2019.
The bank has made rate cuts across both investment and owner-occupied loan types.
ME cut its 3-year fixed home loan with a Member Package1 (for owner occupiers paying principal and interest) 21 basis points to 3.58% p.a.
ME also cut its 2-year fixed home loan with a Member Package1 (for investors paying principal and interest) by 26 basis points to 3.88% p.a.
ME variable home loan offers to new customers have also been cut.

- Interest rate is current as at 15-May-2019 and is subject to change.
- Home Loan comparison rates calculated on a loan of $150,000 for a term of 25 years, repaid monthly.
