This week industry super fund-owned bank ME launched a new online careers hub to attract the best and brightest in the banking and IT industries.

The new hub (www.mebank.com.au/careers) showcases ME’s digital approach to attract new recruits.

It features case studies of ME employees, integrates with LinkedIn, and allows candidates to join a talent community to stay in touch if their role is not available right away.

ME Talent Acquisition Manager, Douglas Craig said one of the bank’s key values is ‘no bullsh*t’, which was key to designing the new centre.

“At ME we like to keep things simple, honest and fun and avoid the clichés, a tone that’s reflected in our job ads. We’ve even included an ‘arcade game’ – after all, it’s not all work, work, work!

“Time and time again we find our brand is our greatest asset in attracting and retaining employees.”
