Activating your card.
Just got your new card in the mail? Before you can get out there and put it to use, you’ll need to activate it and choose a 4-digit PIN. This will be used to make purchases so it needs to be secure (not your birthdate or anything too easy)!
You can do this using the ME Go app or ME Go Internet Banking.
ME Go app.
Log in to the app.
Tap the
icon in the bottom menu.
Tap ‘Manage cards’ in the menu.
Select the account you want to activate the card for.
Tap ‘Activate card’.
Enter your desired PIN by entering it twice.
Enter the one-time code we send you to confirm the change. Done!

Log in to
ME Go Internet Banking

Select ‘Cards’ from the side navigation menu.
Locate the Card you wish to activate on the “Cards” screen, and select the “Activate Card” prompt
Follow the prompts to activate your card. Done!
