Adding a new payee.
If you’re looking to send money to someone for the first time, you’ll need to add them to your payee list first. You can do it using internet banking or the mobile app – here’s how.
1. Log in to internet banking.
2. Click ‘pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘manage payees’.
3. Hit the ‘add payee’ button at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter the name and bank details.
5. Click ‘add payee’ and you’re all done.

2. Touch the symbol (top left) to get to the main menu, and choose ‘pay someone’.
3. Hit the ‘tap to select a payee’ button.
4. Click the icon in the top-right corner.
5. Add the name and bank details and hit ‘done’.
