ME Support Article Widget (C#) - Visible for a specific page if its parent control is a template with a repeater and has a Support Article Widget on it

Manage your payees.

You can save a payee for easy access next time, or delete any contacts you no longer need, in the classic ME Bank app, internet banking, or the ME Go app.

ME Go app.

Add a new payee (account and BSB):

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the  icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap  icon.
4. Tap ‘Pay someone new’.
5. Tap ‘Bank account’ and add in the customer name, BSB and account number of the payee. Double check the BSB and account number carefully – if you make a payment to the wrong numbers, ME may not be able to retrieve it for you. 
6. You can save a payee for easy access the next time you need to make another payment. 

Create a new payee (PayID):

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the   icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap  icon. 
4. Tap ‘Pay someone new’.
5. Tap ‘PayID’ and then select the PayID type from the menu.
6. Add the mobile number, email, ABN or organisation name. Double check the PayID carefully – if you make a payment to the wrong PayID, ME may not be able to retrieve it for you. 
7. You can save a payee for easy access the next time you need to make another payment. 

Delete a payee:

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the  icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap  icon.
4. Tap ‘Edit’ in the top right hand corner.
5. Select the Payee and then select ‘Remove payee’ from the pop-up menu. 
6. Select ‘Done’.

Add a new payee:

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap ‘More’ in the bottom menu.
3. Tap ‘Contacts’ and choose the ‘Payees’ tab.
4. Click the + in the top right corner.
5. Enter the BSB, account number and account name of the payee. Double check the BSB and account number carefully – if you make a payment to the wrong numbers, ME may not be able to retrieve it for you.
6. You can enter a payee nickname for easy identification. 
7. Hit ‘Continue’ to save.

Delete a payee:

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap ‘More’ in the bottom menu.
3. Tap ‘Contacts’ and choose the ‘Payees’ tab.
4. Swipe left across the payee you wish to delete, then tap the red delete button. 
5. Click ‘Confirm’.

Internet Banking.

Add a new payee:

1. Log in to internet banking.
2. Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Manage payees’.
3. Hit the ‘Add payee’ button at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter the name and bank details.
5. Click ‘Add payee’ and you’re all done.

Delete a payee:

1. Log in to internet banking.
2. Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Manage payees’.
3. Click the down arrow symbol next to the relevant name, then chose ‘Delete’.
4. If you need to re-add the payee with different details, hit ‘Add new payee’ and just add a new payee as normal.
