Manage your payees.

You can save a payee for easy access next time, or delete any contacts you no longer need, in the ME Go app and Internet Banking.

ME Go app.

Add a new payee (account and BSB):

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the  icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap  icon.
4. Tap ‘Pay someone new’.
5. Tap ‘Bank account’ and add in the customer name, BSB and account number of the payee. Double check the BSB and account number carefully – if you make a payment to the wrong numbers, ME may not be able to retrieve it for you. 
6. You can save a payee for easy access the next time you need to make another payment. 

Create a new payee (PayID):

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the   icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap  icon. 
4. Tap ‘Pay someone new’.
5. Tap ‘PayID’ and then select the PayID type from the menu.
6. Add the mobile number, email, ABN or organisation name. Double check the PayID carefully – if you make a payment to the wrong PayID, ME may not be able to retrieve it for you. 
7. You can save a payee for easy access the next time you need to make another payment. 

Delete a payee:

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the  icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap  icon.
4. Tap ‘Edit’ in the top right hand corner.
5. Select the Payee and then select ‘Remove payee’ from the pop-up menu. 
6. Select ‘Done’.

ME Go Internet Banking.

Add a new payee (account and BSB):

1. Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
2. Select the ‘Pay & Transfer’ in the side navigation.
3. Select the ‘Pay someone’ icon.
4. On the ‘Pay someone’ screen, select the ‘Add new payee’ icon.
5. Select ‘Bank account’ and add in the customer name, BSB and account number of the payee. Double check the BSB and account number carefully – if you make a payment to the wrong numbers, ME may not be able to retrieve it for you. 
6. Upon entering in valid payee details, select ‘Confirm and select payee’, so that this will populate in the payment 'To' field.
7. To save this payee, select ‘Save this payee to address book’ check box. 

Delete a payee:

Deleting a payee is not currently available on ME Go Internet Banking. To delete any saved payees, please log into your ME Go app.
