It’s all in the details

Simply send us a Change of Business Details form, and include all the details about the person you want to authorise.

Once we’ve identified them either online or in person at Australia Post using an Australia Post ID form, they’ll be added as an authorised representative.

More power to them

An authorised representative can do anything you can, except add or remove the authority of other authorised representatives. This includes:

  • closing the account

  • changing the details of the nominated account

  • giving someone access to the account

  • cancelling someone’s access to the account 

  • anything a designated user can do in relation to the account
