You can save BPAY biller details for easy access next time, or delete any contacts you no longer need any time you want, using the mobile app or internet banking.

You can’t edit contact details once they’ve been entered, but there is a quick work around if you need to change them: just delete the old contact and re-add it with the new details.

Mobile app

Add a BPAY biller

  1. Log in to the mobile app.

  2. Tap  ‘More’ in the bottom menu.

  3. Tap ‘Contacts’ and choose the ‘Billers’ tab.

  4. Click the + in the top right corner.

  5. Enter your biller code.

  6. Enter your customer reference number and choose a nickname for your reference if you like.

  7. Hit ‘Continue’ to save.

Delete a BPAY biller 

  1. Log in to the mobile app.

  2. Tap  ‘More’ in the bottom menu.

  3. Tap ‘Contacts’ and choose the ‘Billers’ tab.

  4. Tap the biller you want to delete and select ‘Delete’.

  5. Click ‘Confirm’.

Internet banking

Adding a BPAY biller
 

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2.  Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Manage BPAY billers’.
  3.  Click ‘Add new biller’.
  4.  Enter the biller code and your customer reference number and hit ‘Add’ – the new biller will be added to your list.

Delete a BPAY biller

  1. Log in to internet banking.

  2. Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Manage BPAY billers’.

  3. Click the down arrow symbol next to the relevant name, then chose ‘Delete’.

  4. If you need to re-add the biller with different details, hit ‘Add new biller’ and just add a new BPAY biller as normal.
