You will need to complete a different form depending on the product you’re applying for:

Everyday Transaction Accounts, Online Savings Accounts, Term Deposits and business accounts will need a Deposit identity verification form

Credit card applications will need the Credit card identity verification form

Personal loan applications will need the Personal loan identity verification form

Home loan applications will need the Home loan identity verification form

Remember, don’t sign the declaration until you are at the post office with an Australia Post verifier – who will witness you sign the form and check your ID.
