Logging in with biometrics (such as face or touch ID).
Does your device already have fingerprint, touch or face ID set up with your ID stored? When you first register the classic ME Bank or ME Go app, you’ll automatically be asked if you want to use biometrics to log in.
You can always choose to switch biometric ID on or off inside your app, if you change your mind later.
Using biometric ID is a great way to secure your accounts, since there’s no chance of anyone seeing you putting in a PIN.
Just make sure you don’t enable biometric ID for the classic ME Bank or ME Go app if anyone else has biometric IDs stored on your device. Otherwise they’ll also be able to get access to your app – and to your ME bank accounts.
