BPAY is the fastest and easiest way to take care of your bills – and you can do it on the go, on your ME mobile app or using internet banking.

Mobile app

  1. Log in to the mobile app.

  2. Tap ’Payments’ in the bottom menu bar.

  3. Tap ‘Pay a BPAY Bill’.

  4. Select the account you would like to move the money from.

  5. Choose who you want to pay from the list, or hit the + in the top corner to add a new biller. You can find instructions for saving a new biller here

  6. Enter the amount you want to pay.

  7. Make sure the details are correct, then click ‘Pay’ to view your receipt.

Internet banking

Make sure you’ve got your mobile phone handy before you start – you might be sent an SMS as part of the payment confirmation process.

  1. Log in to internet banking.

  2. Click ‘Pay & transfer’ in the top menu, and choose ‘Pay a bill’.

  3. Enter your payment details, including the biller code and the customer reference number –you’ll find both of those listed on your bill.

  4. Choose when you want to make the payment, now or later on. (You can even set up recurring payments.)

  5. Click ‘continue’, then review your final payment details. If everything is in order, hit ‘confirm’.

  6. If it’s your first time paying this biller, there’ll be an extra security step at this point – just hit ‘get SMS’, check your phone for your confirmation code, enter that code, and hit ‘done’ to finalise your payment.
