Forgotten your customer ID? Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us.

You can find your customer ID in the top-right corner of your welcome letter, or in the email you were sent when you opened your account. (Just in case you need to search your inbox, the email subject line is ‘Your account has been opened’.)

If you can’t find your welcome letter or email, we can give you your customer ID over the phone. Call us on 13 15 63, Monday to Friday 8am–8pm or Saturday 9am–5pm (AEST).
