If your bank cheque has gone missing and you need it replaced, let us know right away. You can send us a message using internet banking, but it’s probably best to call us on 13 15 63.

We’ll send you out a Letter of Indemnity that you’ll need to fill out and return before we can replace your cheque. You’ll also need to pay a fee to get your bank cheque reissued.
