Forgot your access code to internet banking? Don’t sweat it – you can reset it any time you want using internet banking.
Internet banking
To make sure your reset process runs smoothly you’ll need to have access to your email account and mobile phone.

On the internet banking login screen, click the text at the bottom that says ‘forgot your access code?’.

On the next screen, enter your mobile number.

We’ll send an SMS to this number with a verification code. Enter the code on the next screen.

Check your email for a message from ME and click on the link provided.

Set your new access code – make sure it’s not too easy to guess.

Log in with your new access code; it should work right away!
