Change your card PIN.

Memory is weird. Sometimes the entire lyrics of Bohemian Rhapsody can be easier to remember than that crucial little 4-digit PIN.
 
Don’t sweat it. Changing the PIN for any of your ME cards is easy – and best of all, you can do it yourself, in the ME Go app or Internet banking.
 
Pro tip for choosing a PIN: Don’t choose your birthday, ‘1-2-3-4’, or anything else that’s too obvious. 

ME Go app.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Tap ‘Manage cards’ in the menu. 
4. Select the account you’d like to set the PIN for.
5. Tap ‘Change your card PIN’.
6. Enter your desired new PIN by entering it twice.
7. Enter the one-time code we send you to confirm the change. Easy!

ME Go Internet Banking.

1. Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
2. Select ‘Cards’ from the side navigation menu. 
3. Select the Card you wish to manage on the “Cards” screen
4. Select ‘Change your card PIN’.
5. Enter your desired new PIN twice.
6. Enter the one-time code we send you to confirm the change. Easy!
