 Planned system maintenance to ME Go app on Sunday, 13 July

ME is doing some maintenance on our digital banking systems this weekend which will involve some interruption to our regular services.

ME Go internet banking and ME Go app will be unavailable from 3:30am to 6:15am AEST on Sunday, 13 July 2025. 

Services you can’t access during the maintenance window:
  • ME Go mobile app
  • ME Go internet banking
Services you can access during the maintenance window:
  • In store or online purchases with your debit card (including digital wallets). Reduced limits may apply.
  • Transfers made to your transaction account on Sunday morning may be delayed. We recommend making sure you have sufficient funds for any planned purchases, bills or transactions available in advance if you think you’ll need it. 
  • Withdraw funds from ATMs using debit cards. Reduced limits may apply. We recommend getting cash out in advance if you think you’ll need it.

Scammers may pose as representatives from reputable and trustworthy organisations, like a bank, to trick you into providing your personal or account information. 

To protect yourself from scams:
  • Make sure you never provide remote access to your electronic devices, no matter how legitimate the caller may seem. 
  • Never disclose private banking details like your PIN, passwords or one-time verification codes to anyone, not even someone calling from ME. 
  • Don’t click any third party links received in emails or SMS, even if they claim to be in reference to your banking. 
  • If something seems suspicious, make contact by phone through a verified website to find out more.
