You’ll need to use your mobile phone to get your details changed, so make sure you’ve got it close to hand.
1. Log in to internet banking.
2. Click ‘my details’ and choose ‘view personal details’.
3. Start the SMS confirmation process – you’ll be sent an SMS with a confirmation code.
4. Enter the confirmation code and get updating.
Note that you can’t update your mobile phone number or over-the-phone enquiry password using internet banking – instead you’ll need to call us on
13 15 63.
