Updating your personal details.
Did you recently hear from us about your contact details? In the near future, we’ll be transitioning your account/s onto our ME Go app and it’s important to have your contact details up to date so we can transition your account/s to the new app and keep you informed.
Moved house? No problem – changing your personal details is a breeze using internet banking, or the ME Go app.
You can update these details:
Email address
Home address
Mailing address
Tax file number
If you manage your accounts via the classic ME Bank app or internet banking, you won't be able to update your mobile phone number or over-the-phone enquiry password online or in-app. Instead you’ll need to call us on

. If you’re overseas, you can call us on

If you need to update your phone number, you'll need to give ME a call

ME Go app.
Log in to the app.
Tap the ‘Profile’ icon in the bottom menu.
Select ‘My details’ from the menu.
Select the detail you’d like to update from the menu.
Enter the one time PIN we sent you.
Select ‘Done’ to save your details.
ME Bank app.
If you manage your accounts via the classic ME Bank app, you won't be able to update your details within the app. Instead you’ll need to either follow the internet banking instructions below or call us on

ME Bank Internet Banking.
You’ll need to use your mobile phone to get your details changed, so make sure you’ve got it close to hand.
Log in to
internet banking
.
Click ‘My details’ in the top navigation menu and choose ‘View personal details’.
Start the SMS confirmation process (using the code we’ll send you).
Enter the confirmation code and update your details.
Updating your personal details via ME Go Internet Banking is not available. In the meantime, you can update your personal details if you have a ME Go App or contact ME on

.

You can also get your details updated over the phone. Just call us on
13 15 63
, weekdays 8am–8pm or Saturday 9am–5pm (AEST/AEDT).
