Moved house? No problem – changing your personal details is a breeze using internet banking.

You can use internet banking to update your: 
  • Email address
  • Home address
  • Mailing address
  • Tax file number 

You won't be able to update your mobile phone number or over-the-phone enquiry password using internet banking – instead you’ll need to call us on 13 15 63. If you are overseas, you can call us on +61 3 9708 4001

Internet banking

You’ll need to use your mobile phone to get your details changed, so make sure you’ve got it close to hand.

  1. Log in to internet banking.
  2. Click ‘my details’ in the top navigation menu and choose ‘view personal details’.
  3. Start the SMS confirmation process – you’ll be sent an SMS with a confirmation code.
  4. Enter the confirmation code and get updating.


You can get your details updated over the phone – just call us on 13 15 63, weekdays 8am–8pm and Saturday 9am–5pm (AEST/AEDT).
