This is ME.

This is ME.

At ME, we celebrate all stories and believe every Australian deserves the same success in life - regardless of sexuality or gender identity. ME proudly supports the LGBTQIA+ community through our partnerships, people and products.

Melbourne Queer
Film Festival
sponsorship.

For the 6th year in a row, ME is major sponsor of one of Melbourne’s most loved queer community events – the Melbourne Queer Film Festival – a proudly different kind of film festival. We teamed up with MQFF because we’re a bank that supports queer storytelling inside and outside the workplace.

We’re making it rain(bow) for queer youth.

We have teamed up with Minus18, the charity that champions and improves the lives of queer youth through advocacy, leading change, and social inclusion.

Our new rainbow SpendMEdebit card donates 1c to Minus18 with every digital tap - and the best bit? The donations are on ME.

Let ME tell you how we do it.

ProudlyMe

ProudlyMe is a BOQ Group affinity network for the LGBTQIA+ community.
The group supports ME and BOQ Group in delivering better outcomes for its rainbow customers and employees through celebrating days of significance, education, training, raising money, and awareness.

Gender affirmation leave policy

At ME and BOQ Group, LGBTQIA+ inclusion is an important part of our commitment to create a safe and supportive organisation. That is why, in 2023 we introduced our Gender Affirmation Leave policy which applies to our employees who are going through Gender Affirmation process, whether it be socially, legally, or medically.

Yes for marriage equality.

In 2017, ME was one of the first banks to make a public statement in support of the Yes vote for marriage equality and lit up our Melbourne Central Tower in rainbow lights.
