Why is someone trying to send money to my PayID getting an error?
For accounts accessed using ME internet banking or the classic ME Bank app, we do not accept Osko Payments. If a person is trying to send you money using Osko fast payments, they may encounter an error. They may avoid the error by using your ME BSB and account details to make the transfer. Alternatively, they can contact their bank for support.
We accept Osko payments to accounts accessed in the ME Go app.
Transfers from the ME Go app to accounts accessed using ME Internet Banking or the classic ME Bank app cannot be made using Osko payments and will take 24 – 48 business hours to appear in your account.
