Assistance with your one-time passcode (OTP).
When logging in or performing certain functions online, you'll be asked to verify your identity through a one-time passcode (OTP). If you have trouble receiving the OTP via SMS:
For log in: Check that the phone number entered in the log in screen is correct.
Attempt to resend the SMS code via the ‘Resend code’ link. Wait a few minutes to allow time for the code to be sent to your mobile phone.
If these solutions don’t work, please call the Digital Contact Centre on

and request for an OTP code to be sent to you.
