If you’ve misplaced your card (pro tip: check your jacket pockets) you can temporarily lock it until it turns up again. You can do this yourself in seconds using the classic ME Bank app, ME Go app or Internet Banking, and unlocking it is just as easy.

If you suspect your card may be gone for good, you should permanently cancel your card and order a replacement.
