If your card’s gone missing, or could have been stolen, you’ll need to cancel it as soon as you can (and get your replacement sent out).

The good news? You can get it all done easily using internet banking.

If you’re travelling interstate or overseas and you need a replacement card, call us on +61 3 9708 4001 so we can get it to you pronto.

Getting your replacement card

If we send you a replacement card by regular mail, the card will be issued free of charge. If you want your replacement card to be sent by courier there’ll be a fee – just ask your ME consultant for the details.

Not gone, just hiding

Have you misplaced a card that’s bound to turn up again? Just place a temporary stop on it till you find it.
