For ‘Pay Someone’ recurring payments:
- Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
- Select the link to ‘Pay & Transfer’ in the side navigation.
- Select the ‘Pay someone’ icon.
- Select which account you’d like to pay from.
- Select either a saved payee with a BSB and Account number or ‘Add new payee’ using BSB and Account number. Please note, you cannot set a recurring payment using PayID.
- Enter the payment amount.
- For recurring payments, select the payment frequency as ‘Recurring’.
- Enter in when you’d like the payment to start, end and how often the payment should be made.
- Select ‘Next’.
- If required, verify your identity using the confirmation code sent to you via SMS. Enter in the one-time-code or answer your pre-set Security questions.
- Confirm the payment, and then select ‘Confirm and pay’ button to make the payment submission.
For ‘Pay a bill’ recurring payments:
- Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
- Select the link to ‘Pay & Transfer’ in the side navigation.
- Please note, you cannot set a recurring payment using variable CRN or iCRN.
- Select the ‘Pay a bill’ icon.
- Select which account you’d like to pay from.
- Select either a saved biller or ‘Add new biller'.
- Enter the payment amount.
- Enter in when you’d like the payment to start, end and how often the payment should be made.
- Select ‘Next’.
- If required, verify your identity using the confirmation code sent to you via SMS. Enter in the one-time-code or answer your pre-set Security questions.
- Confirm the payment, and then select ‘Confirm and pay’ button to make the payment submission.
Deleting a scheduled payment
From Home/ Dashboard section:
- Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
- Select the account from your Home page that you would like to delete a scheduled payment from.
- Select the 'Scheduled ' payment from the Activities section you would like to delete.
- Expand the payment details for the corresponding transaction from the 'Scheduled'Activities section.
- Select ‘Delete’ at the bottom of this section.
- Select ‘Confirm’ within the pop up modal seen on the screen.
- A toast message will appear at the top right of the screen to confirm the scheduled payment has been deleted.
- You will now have deleted the selected scheduled payment pertaining to the chosen account.
From Pay & Transfer profile section:
- Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
- Select the link to ‘Pay & Transfer’ in the side navigation.
- Select ‘Scheduled activity’ from the Payment management menu.
- Select the relevant account from the list that you would like to delete a scheduled payment from.
- Select the 'Scheduled ' payment from the Activities section you would like to delete.
- Expand the payment details for the corresponding transaction from the 'Scheduled' Activities section.
- Select ‘Delete’ at the bottom of this section.
- Select ‘Confirm’ within the pop up modal seen on the screen.
- A toast message will appear at the top right of the screen to confirm the scheduled payment has been deleted.
- You will now have deleted the selected scheduled payment pertaining to the chosen account.
Editing a recurring payment:
Editing a recurring payment is not currently available on ME Go Internet Banking. To edit or remove a recurring payment, please log into your ME Go app.
