You can use internet banking or mobile app to check the transactions on any of your accounts.

Internet banking

  1. Log in to internet banking
  2. Click on the account you want to check
  3. Scroll down to the transaction history section, and choose the time period you want to see.

  2. Click on the account you want to check
  3. Scroll down to view the ‘transaction’ section for past transactions.

Need to view a transaction more than two years old?

We keep your transaction history for up to seven years, and you can easily access it by requesting an account statement for the period you need. Here’s how:

  1. Log into internet banking
  2. Click ‘accounts’ in the top menu and choose ‘view statements’
  3. Under ‘accounts to show’, choose the account you’re interested in
  4. Choose the statement you are after from the list
  5. Depending on the browser you’re using, the statement will either download or display in a new browser window. If it’s shown in your browser, you can save it by hitting the ‘download’ or ‘save’ icon.

If your statement isn’t downloading, check if any pop-up or ad blockers are stopping it from loading.
