Searching your account transactions.

Need to hunt down an elusive transaction? Keen to see what your money’s been up to? Here’s how to search your transactions like a pro using the ME Go app and Internet Banking.

ME Go app.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap the 'Accounts' icon in the bottom menu. 
3. Select the account you’d like to search from the list.
4. Select the ‘Activity’ icon. 
5. Here, you can search the credit/debit type, or define a date range, amount and transaction type. Once these are defined, tap ‘Search.’
6. A list will appear with all relevant transactions.

*A note from ME: Currently, you can’t save your search results for accounts you manage on the ME Go app (including SaveME, HomeME and SpendME accounts). 

ME Go Internet Banking.

1. Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
2. From the Home page, select the account you wish to view transactions for.
3. To perform a simple search, enter relevant details in the search bar.
4. For a more detailed search, click the ‘Filter’ button to open advanced options, where you can search by amount, date range, and transaction type. After entering your criteria, click ‘Apply filter’.
5. To reset your search and clear all fields, click the ‘Clear all’ button. This will remove any entered terms and results, while keeping the filter options visible.
