Cancel and replace a lost or stolen card.
You can permanently cancel your card on the spot, either in the ME Go app or Internet Banking, and we’ll send out a replacement.
If you’re overseas and you need the replacement card, call ME right away on +61 3 9708 4001.
You can add your replacement ME debit card to Apple or Google Pay™ before the plastic arrives, using your mobile app. For your credit card, you’ll need to wait until your new card arrives in the post so you can accept the terms and conditions first.
ME Go app.
- Log in to the app.
- Tap the
icon in the bottom menu.
- Tap ‘Manage cards’ in the menu.
- Select the account you’d like to report the card on.
- Tap ‘Report card lost or stolen’.
- Follow the prompts to report your card, and we’ll send out a replacement.
ME Go Internet Banking.
- Log in to ME Go Internet Banking.
- Select ‘Cards’ from the side navigation menu.
- Select the Card you wish to manage on the “Cards” screen
- Select ‘Report card lost or stolen’.
- Follow the prompts to report your card, and we’ll send out a replacement.
Please note, you cannot update your address in ME Go Internet Banking at this stage, so head over to the ME Go App or call ME on
13 15 63 if you wish to update your address.
