If you’ve lost your card and need a new one pronto, let us know – we’ll get you sorted with an emergency replacement as fast as we can.

Give us a call on 13 15 63 if you’re inside Australia, or on + 61 3 9708 4001 if you’re overseas.

Of course, if you’ve lost your card you’ll also need to stop or cancel the card immediately, so that it can’t be used fraudulently.

Delivery time
An emergency replacement card takes 1–2 business days to arrive if you’re in Australia; if you’re overseas it should generally get to you within 72 hours.

Activation
Once your card is safely in hand, you just need to log in to internet banking and set up a new PIN to activate it, and start using it right away.

Cost
In an emergency, we’ll need to use express delivery or courier services to get your new card to you quickly – which means charging you a fee to cover these costs.
