How do I switch a PayID over to ME?

If you’ve already registered your mobile phone number or email address with another bank, there are two ways to switch a PayID over to ME:

Option 1.
Contact the bank that the PayID is currently linked with and ask them to put your PayID in a ‘transferring state’, then follow these steps to register the PayID. This will bring it across to ME Bank.

Option 2.
Contact the bank that the PayID is currently linked with and ask them to close it, then follow these steps to register the PayID.
