To use the mobile banking app, you’ll need to have logged in to internet banking at least once in your time with ME. If you’ve already done that, you’re good to go.
 
Haven’t logged into internet banking for a while? Or ever? You’ll need your Customer ID and Access Code to log in, both of which you would have been given when you first opened your account. If you can’t locate these, just give us a call on 13 15 63 and we’ll get you sorted.
