To enjoy effortless online banking, you can now activate the ME app by following these easy steps:

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you’re ready to get started – you’ll need your customer ID and access code. We’ve got instructions if you need help to find your customer ID or reset your access code. 
  1. Launch the app from your mobile.
  2. Enter your customer ID and access code.
  3. We’ll send you an SMS code to the mobile number we have on file. Enter the SMS authentication code sent to your mobile.
  4. Take a moment to read the Electronic Access Terms and Conditions.
  5. Next set up and confirm your 4-digit PIN – this will be used to log in to your app so it needs to be secure (not your birthdate or anything too easy).
  6. If your phone has biometric ID using your face or fingerprint, you can choose to use that instead.
