Not only does our system constantly monitor your card to help prevent fraudulent behaviour, we’ve got a bunch of other security measures in place to help protect you:

Temporarily lost your card? You can temporarily lock your card in the mobile app or interent banking if you think you may have misplaced it (or it’s in your pocket... again).

Government guarantee¹. Your money is protected by the government guarantee, with up to $250,000 per person covered by the government’s Financial Claims Scheme.

Mastercard Zero Liability protection². Fraudulent transactions are covered on your Mastercard. Mastercard Zero Liability protection. This is as long as you promptly notify us of the theft, loss or misuse of your account; didn't contribute to the loss; and adhered to the product terms and conditions).
